Meet Eden

As the Agent Success Coordinator for the Tim Smith Real Estate Group, Eden plays a key role in connecting agents with the administrative and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows. She oversees MLS launches and compliance, prepares listings, and supports marketing efforts. Eden is instrumental in onboarding and supporting new agents, providing them with the tools and resources needed for success. In addition, she streamlines processes, creates SOPs, and assists with projects that enhance overall team performance.

Before joining Tim Smith Real Estate Group, Eden worked in residential real estate sales and served as an assistant to two commercial real estate brokers, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the demands of the industry. Her experience in both sales and support roles has shaped her ability to anticipate needs, eliminate inefficiencies, and foster clear communication between team members.

Originally from the San Fernando Valley and now proudly rooted in Orange County, Eden holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is fluent in Hebrew. She is committed to supporting the team’s success and ensuring smooth, consistent operations.
