Meet Benzer

As the Agent Success Coordinator for the Tim Smith Real Estate Group, Benzer plays a key role in connecting agents with the administrative and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows. He oversees MLS launches and compliance, prepares listings, and supports marketing efforts. Benzer is instrumental in onboarding and supporting new agents, providing them with the tools and resources needed for success. In addition, he streamlines processes, creates SOPs, and assists with projects that enhance overall team performance.

Before joining Tim Smith Real Estate Group, Benzer spent five years as an Agent Experience Coordinator at Compass in Pasadena, where he supported agents through MLS support, office operations, onboarding, marketing coordination, events, compliance, and transaction support. He also worked as a licensed Realtor, giving him firsthand insight into the needs of agents, clients, and the transaction process.

In addition to his residential real estate background, Benzer served as an Operations Manager for a commercial property management company in Downtown Los Angeles, where he gained experience in vendor coordination, operational workflows, and team communication. His combined background in agent support, real estate sales, and operations has shaped his ability to anticipate needs, create efficient systems, and help agents stay focused on growing their business.

Benzer earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton. He speaks Tagalog and enjoys traveling with his wife, discovering new music, going to concerts, and cheering on the Lakers.
