With over 35 years of experience in residential real estate, mortgage banking, and development, Colleen has deep expertise across land acquisition, escrow management, and sales and marketing, especially with new home developments. Colleen’s educational background includes a degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, a Certificate in Contracts Administration from UC Irvine, and a MIRM (Master in Residential Marketing) Certification from the University of California, Irvine. Licensed since 1989, she has also held significant industry roles, serving on the Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association and the Sales Marketing Council of the BIA.

Beyond real estate, Colleen spent 12 years overseeing office operations and human resources at a 150-staff-member private school in San Juan Capistrano.
